free domestic shipping ♡
We offer free tracked shipping via USPS :) You'll get an email once your package is en route, and it should arrive 3-5 business days later (but it's actually usually faster, and only 1 day within NYC!). If you'd like even faster shipping, opt for USPS priority (1-3 business days) during checkout for $4 extra. If you haven’t received your girl of the earth package in a while, don't hesitate to contact us contact us.
cheap international shipping ♡
Oh hiiii you girl of the earth! We offer cheap tracked shipping worldwide via USPS :) Each country has a flat-rate of $8-$18 for economy shipping. You'll get an email once your package is en route, and it should arrive 7-21 business days later. If you'd like faster shipping, opt for DHL (2-3 business days) during checkout. If you haven’t received your girl of the earth package in a while, contact us. BTW we have no control over import taxes charged by your country, but we always mark packages as "vintage" on customs forms, because certain countries do not charge on top of vintage goods 🥳
easy returns ♡
Returns don't have to suck— to start, contact us with your order number and we'll provide a return label (avoid buying one yourself as that's a headache). Tape it on your original packaging, and scan it in at your local post office. Please note we can't be held responsible for packages we do not receive. Because we have such low inventory, we don't offer exchanges— instead simply return your unwanted item and purchase another. If you feel like your order is a special case, definitely contact us!
14-day refunds ♡
Hopefully two weeks is long enough to try it on, ask a friend, and finally make a decision— we offer refunds for up to 14 days from date of delivery. Make sure the item is unused and alongside its free matching scrunchie (if applicable). Once we receive your return package, you'll get a confirmation email with details, and your refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment less a roundtrip shipping/restocking fee ($10 for domestic orders, and calculated rates $18-28 for international orders). If your refund is not reflected in your bank account after 5 business days, contact your bank. If you’ve done this and still have not received a refund, contact us! P.S. Discounted pieces are final-sale-- this means you can return after using a promo code, but CANNOT return anything that was purchased "ON SALE"!).
