Good news! We offer USPS tracked shipping for free around the US. You'll get an email once your order is en route, and should arrive 3-5 business days later (but it's usually faster, and only 1 day within NYC!)— if you'd like faster shipping, opt for 'usps priority' during checkout for an extra $4. If you haven’t received your girl of the earth package in a while, or have other questions about shipping, contact us.
cheap international shipping ♡
Good news! We offer USPS tracked shipping worldwide for cheap flat-rate prices. You'll get an email once your order is en route, and should arrive 7-14 business days later— we know this cheap-rate is slow, so if you'd like faster shipping, opt for calculated 'DHL' rates during checkout. We also make sure to mark on customs that our pieces are made of vintage materials, as many countries do not charge import taxes on used goods. If you haven’t received your girl of the earth package in a while, or have other questions about international shipping, contact us.
flat-rate returns ♡
Returns can be expensive and annoying— we try to make them simple. To start, contact us and we'll provide a return label. Simply tape it on your original packaging, and scan it in at your local post office. Please note we can't be held responsible for packages we do not receive, and final-sale items are non-returnable. Once we receive your package, we'll refund you less a fee to cover shipping costs ($10 for domestic orders, and calculated rates around $12-28 for international orders). For exchanges, please simply return your unwanted item and re-purchase a different one. If you feel like your order is a special case, contact us and we'll have a chat!
14-day refunds ♡
Hopefully two weeks is long enough to decide if you want your stuff. We offer full refunds for up to 14 days (from date of delivery). Make sure the item is unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (and alongside its free matching scrunchie, if applicable). Once your return is received, give us a day to approve your return, and you'll get an email when it's processed (automatically applied to your original method of payment). If your refund has not officially posted in your bank account after 5 business days, contact your bank as it's in their hands. If you’ve done this and still have not received a refund, contact us ASAP.
