easy returns ♡
We try to make returns simple. To start, contact us with your order number and we'll provide a return label. Tape it on your original packaging, and scan it in at your local post office. Please note we can't be held responsible for packages we do not receive. Because we have such low inventory, we don't offer exchanges— simply return your unwanted item and re-purchase another. If you feel like your order is a special case, contact us and we'll have a chat!
14-day refunds ♡
Hopefully two weeks is long enough to make a decision! We offer refunds for up to 14 days from date of delivery. Make sure the item is unused and alongside its free matching scrunchie (if applicable). Once we receive your return package, you'll get an email with details, and a refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, less a shipping fee ($10 for domestic orders, and calculated rates $15-25 for international orders). If your refund is not reflected in your bank account after 5 business days, contact your bank. If you’ve done this and still have not received a refund, contact us! P.S. Discounted pieces are final-sale-- this means you can return after using a promo code, but CANNOT return anything that was purchased "ON-SALE"!).
